VIRTUALAGE is a VR game studio focused on creating immersive games.
We push the limits when it comes to VR and AR creating amazing games and need someone to help us with community relations and with the content creation.
We are looking for an experienced community manager in videogames, content creator and marketing assistant.
As we are a small studio, we value creativity, initiative and professionalism, as well as team spirit and personal responsibility.
Requisitos mínimos:
– Experience building and maintaining games communities online as Community Manager, creating engaging content for a client audience, and managing social media tools and platforms
– Advanced knowledge of image and video editing
– Excellent command of written and spoken English
– Used to working 100% remotely
– Experience with VR headsets a plus
Requisitos deseados:
– As Community Manager at VirtualAge, you will be the voice of the brand in the community and the voice of our players on the game team.
– This position is an essential role in the company and will likely be responsible for community relations initiatives for multiple games simultaneously.
– Your role is to cultivate, grow, and activate the community around your assigned games to increase the size of our owned audience and the impact of our marketing efforts.
– You will be an active participant in forum and social media discussions and participate in all relevant community activities.
– You’ll have to create all the media and content for the posts, ads, and game stores, as well as help in creating the game trailers
– You will also be responsible for measuring the success rate of our content and managing the community campaigns and relaying community input to the marketing and development teams to ensure a productive and constructive feedback loop. As such, you will play an important role in shaping the future development of our games.
Responsabilidades:
– Create and execute community relations strategies and content calendars that drive engagement, new downloads, player interactions, and company awareness.
– Implement, maintain, and grow online presence for specific games, including social media, Discord, Reddit, and the website.
– Serve as a customer service representative, with help from the game teams when necessary
– Monitor and update community relations areas in game stores (reviews, Meta, Steam updates, etc.).
– Create the media and content for the social platforms and our web page
