For our office in Mallorca, Spain we are looking for a Unreal Engine 5 Technical Artist. Join our team and shape the future of game visuals! If you thrive on optimizing rendering pipelines, profiling game performance, and guiding artists toward stunning, high-quality visuals, we want you on board!

Our offices are in the Netherlands and Spain. We are currently developing golf games.

Requisitos mínimos:

What will you bring with you:
– Proven working experience (3+ years) as a technical artist,
– Strong understanding of Graphic Rendering Pipeline for next-gen technologies,
– Experience working with Unreal 5 Engine,
– Strong Technical Background on the Art Production Process and Workflows,
– Understanding of project applications, preferably Jira,
– Proficiency in written and spoken English,
– Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills,
– A good mood every day.

– A highly self-motivated and positive communicator with strong work ethics,
– An excellent and flexible problem solver with an eye for detail,
– Experience in collaboration between artists, programmers, on and off site,
– Open to giving and receiving feedforward.

Requisitos deseados:

Knowledge in the following areas in game development:
– Modelling & Texturing
– Lighting
– Shaders (GLSL/HLSL)
– VFX
– Rendering & Post Processing
– Max/Maya/Visual Studio

Nice to have:
– Scripting/Tools Development

What makes you stand out:
– Affinity with technology and/or golf,
– Experienced in working in an internationally operating organization.

Responsabilidades:

What will you be doing:
– Setting up and maintaining production pipelines and workflow,
– Develop tools that will be used by the artists to improve and assist their work in production,
– Work with our artists and programmers to ensure that all the assets meet the technical requirements,
– Gatekeeper of Tech Art constraints, pushing for top quality visuals,
– Maintain performance and handling redering optimization,
– Create materials, shaders, and VFX,
– Manage lighting and post-processing.
