At Blackmouth Games, we strive to innovate and create unique experiences that push the boundaries of what is possible in the gaming industry. To achieve this, we are looking for a full-time Web3 Business Developer to join our talented team.

Requisitos mínimos:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Development or Marketing, or similar.
-Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) preferred.
-At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in Web 3 and/or gaming.
-Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and their application in gaming.
-Proven project management and strategic development skills.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Advanced level of English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

-Experience in creating and managing online communities.
-Knowledge of agile methodologies and digital product development.
-Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
-Experience in lead generation or performance marketing.
-Knowledge of the gaming industry and existing contacts in the sector.
-Proficient in using CRM and sales tools.
-Knowledge of Web 3 game economy systems.
-Ability to translate complex technical or strategic ideas into understandable terms.
Responsabilidades:
-Identify Business Opportunities: Research and analyze the Web 3 and gaming market to identify new business opportunities.
-Client Development: Create and manage a premium target client list, using various sales techniques to present our offerings to key decision-makers.
-Acquire New Clients: Acquire new premium accounts aligned with our commercial offers, maximizing the use of our marketing channels.
-Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical and creative teams to support the implementation of growth and monetization strategies.
-Manage Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, negotiate business deals, and participate in networking activities to increase Blackmouth Games’ visibility.
-Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
-Business Proposals: Develop and present business proposals to senior management, including feasibility analysis and financial projections.
