Tequila Works, a narrative-driven video games studio, is looking for a Senior Narrative Designer with experience telling amazing and challenging gaming stories. The successful candidate will help us develop creative, fun, and inspiring games side by side with colleagues from other disciplines.
We are based in Madrid and have the option of working at the studio and/or remotely.

Requisitos mínimos:
5 years of experience working as a game designer in the video game industry and having shipped at least a AAA/AA title as a narrative senior designer.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to write creative stories.
Experience with Unreal Engine and Blueprints would be a plus.
A working knowledge of narrative design toolsets and production pipelines.
A flexible, creative and open-minded approach to problem solving.
Self-critical spirit and excellent communication and team-work skills.
Responsabilidades:
Develop innovative narrative ideas to specific titles, based on the creative vision.
Help determine project narrative objective and ensure successful product execution.
Contribute to establishing the themes and tones that support the game’s creative vision.
Complete thorough documentation for all assigned features.
Work in cross-discipline teams to execute the best possible results.
Provide creative and constructive criticism to refine the game and improve game concepts.
Develop an atmosphere which promotes new ideas.
