As a Games Economy Manager you will be essential to the success of our games. You will work closely with our product, game ops and data teams to design and balance the economy of our games and to provide the teams with actionable insights. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Production Team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to align Aristocrat’s strategic objectives with Product Madness’s project portfolio. End to end project management will include facilitating and executing project intake and discovery efforts, driving process improvements, facilitating positive change, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Crema es un estudio madrileño dedicado al desarrollo de videojuegos multiplataforma. Actualmente estamos inmersos en el desarrollo de un nuevo videojuego así como en el mantenimiento y actualización de Temtem: Swarm.

Buscamos un/a TechArt Lead que se incorpore al equipo presencial en Madrid y que nos ayude a gestionar el equipo de TechArt y todas las tareas y proyectos relacionados con él.

Requisitos mínimos:

– Alta experiencia con sistemas de profiling de GPU/CPU para detectar cuellos de botella en rendimiento.
– Al menos 3 años de experiencia como Senior/Lead TechArt en Unreal Engine
– Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas orientados a conseguir resultados visuales óptimos sin comprometer parámetros de rendimiento.
– Excelente capacidad de comunicación y de trabajo en equipo.
– Conocimientos avanzados de uso de 3DS Max, Maya, Houdini y/o similares.
– Fluent in English
– Experto en diseñar e implementar efectos visuales en Unreal, con un fuerte enfoque en el rendimiento técnico.

Responsabilidades:

– Gestionar las asignación de tareas y ofrecer estimaciones adecuadas de los cronogramas del equipo de TechArt
– Guiar, asistir y formar al equipo en los desafíos que se presenten.
– Llevar una estrecha cooperación con los leads del resto de departamentos así como con el equipo de arte y desarrollo.
– Crear y mantener al día la documentación del proyecto.
