Amuse Studios is looking for an experienced and visionary Lead of Compo to ensure the seamless visual integration of all elements in a shot, maintaining the highest artistic and technical standards while guiding the compositing team to deliver polished, production-ready visuals that align with the project’s creative vision. In this role, you will report to the CG Supervisor of this movie prodution project.

Missions :

Enusre Visual cohesion by bringing renders, elements, lighting to the final image.
Produce the diverse special effect made in compositing and translate the creative intent into compelling visuals, ensuring that every frame supports the storytelling and aesthetic goals of the project.
Automate, through the creation of templates, the creation (Nuke) of the compositing scenes
Master the compositing pipeline and respect delivery deadlines for productions
Lead of Compositing deliveries
Mentor and supervise our compo team, by providing both artistic and technical directionsto ensure quality and consistency.
Pipeline optimisation through performance improvement proposals, and support collaboration with other departments especially witH lighting, VFX, editorial.
Ensure quality control and delivery: Review, approve, and refine shots to meet our quality standards before they are delivered to our client, or the next stage of post-production.

Profile :

Good sense of graphics adapted to each universe
Initiative, polyvalence and autonomy
Passionate about art and technique
Good technical base to work with rendering and FX teams
Eager to learn and willing to work in R&D for new tools

Qualifications :

Deep knowledge of Nuke software
Experience in 3D productions as Nuke compositing artist
Knowledge of Python is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Para ello estamos en busca de un/una Quality Assurance Tester para que se incorpore al equipo y nos acompañe en nuestras aventuras. ¿Quieres ser tú?

Requisitos mínimos:

• Conocimiento de los procesos que forman parte del desarrollo de un videojuego y de los equipos involucrados en el mismo.
• Gran capacidad analítica.
• Excelente organización interpersonal.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
• Capacidad para recibir y aplicar feedback positivamente.
• Una ética de trabajo positiva y proactiva.

Requisitos deseados:

• Experiencia haciendo testing de Certificacion en juegos AA o AAA desde su concepción hasta su lanzamiento.
• Experiencia trabajando con test kits de desarrollo de consolas (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo).
• Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinares amplios (+30 personas).

Responsabilidades:

Como QA Tester en MercurySteam jugarás un papel clave en el control de calidad, ayudando a crear juegos libres de bugs y creando una experiencia de usuario positiva en nuestros proyectos. Colaborarás estrechamente con un equipo de QA Testers y QA Engenieers, y tendrás contacto con equipos muy diferenciados como Diseño, Arte y Programación, para ayudar a crear una experiencia interactiva completa e inmersiva que balancee las necesidades del diseño de gameplay, la dirección de arte y la experiencia de usuario.
• Realizar testing manual del proyecto siguiendo test suites y test plans definidos por el Lead de QA.

Estamos buscando un artista 3D con experiencia en Unreal Engine para el desarrollo de Pawtners Case, un videojuego 3D de puzzle-plataformas sobre un perro que sueña con ser un perro policía.

El juego presentará un estilo visual onírico y una jugabilidad basada en física. Todo será controlado con 2 botones. El candidato debe demostrar conocimientos de desarrollo de personajes, cámara y controles utilizando Unreal Engine 5.

El objetivo es lanzar el juego completo para un solo jugador en noviembre de 2025, pero el primer hito será un vertical slice para mayo de 2025. Más allá de la compensación, este proyecto ofrece una oportunidad invaluable para desarrollar una pieza distintiva de portafolio que muestre mecánicas basadas en física y estética onírica estilizada – habilidades muy solicitadas en la industria del juego actual que mejorarán significativamente tus perspectivas profesionales y futuras solicitudes de empleo.

El equipo se está formando ahora, liderado por Paolo Gambardella. Aportamos amplia experiencia en diseño y desarrollo de juegos al proyecto, con Paolo encabezando la visión creativa y los esfuerzos para asegurar fondos. Nuestro enfoque colaborativo asegura que cada miembro del equipo desempeñará un papel vital en dar vida a Pawtners Case. Mientras Paolo retiene los derechos de propiedad intelectual principales, todos los miembros del equipo recibirán el crédito apropiado por sus contribuciones.

El plan es el siguiente:
– Marzo-Mayo 2025: Desarrollo de demo jugable
– Junio-Octubre 2025: Desarrollo completo si se aseguran fondos
– Noviembre 2025: Fecha de lanzamiento

Aunque somos optimistas sobre asegurar financiación completa después de la fase de demo, incluso en el escenario donde la inversión adicional no se materialice, todos los miembros del equipo retendrán el derecho a mostrar su trabajo en portafolios, recibir regalías acordadas de cualquier versión de lanzamiento limitada que publiquemos, y mantener consideración prioritaria para nuestros futuros proyectos de juego.

Requisitos mínimos:

– 2+ años de modelado y texturizado 3D (también en proyectos personales/amateur)

– Comprensión de optimización de assets para juegos

– Capacidad para comprometerse 15-20 horas semanales hasta la finalización de la demo

Responsabilidades:

– Crear assets de entorno oníricos/surrealistas para escenarios urbanos
– Modelar y texturizar personajes de perros jugables (5 variantes)
– Desarrollar modelos de personajes NPC
– Diseñar props y objetos interactivos con física
– Cronograma: Inicio inmediato, con objetivo de assets visuales de demo para junio 2025
