Our experienced team blends creativity with technical excellence, and we are looking for a Senior Gameplay Programmer to join us.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Gameplay Programmer, you will be at the core of our development process, shaping how our game feels and plays. You will work closely with designers, artists, and other engineers to create compelling gameplay systems that enhance player experience. Your expertise will directly influence how our game comes to life, from character movement and combat to camera systems and player interactions. You will not only bring gameplay ideas to life but also ensure they are robust, scalable, and polished.

Gameplay Programmers are the bridge between creative design and technical implementation. You will translate design ideas into functional and enjoyable game features. You will prototype, refine, and perfect gameplay systems, ensuring they are intuitive and rewarding for players. You will also build tools and workflows to streamline your development process and empower your team.

Requisitos mínimos:

• Unreal Engine
• 5+ years of experience in gameplay programming (shipped titles preferred).
• Proven ability to develop tools alongside gameplay features.
• Experience working on a variety of gameplay systems such as player movement, AI, camera, and input systems.

Para ello estamos en busca de un/una Quality Assurance Tester para que se incorpore al equipo y nos acompañe en nuestras aventuras. ¿Quieres ser tú?

Requisitos mínimos:

• Conocimiento de los procesos que forman parte del desarrollo de un videojuego y de los equipos involucrados en el mismo.
• Gran capacidad analítica.
• Excelente organización interpersonal.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
• Capacidad para recibir y aplicar feedback positivamente.
• Una ética de trabajo positiva y proactiva.

Requisitos deseados:

• Experiencia haciendo testing de Certificacion en juegos AA o AAA desde su concepción hasta su lanzamiento.
• Experiencia trabajando con test kits de desarrollo de consolas (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo).
• Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinares amplios (+30 personas).
• Experiencia realizando reportes de bugs y gestionándolos con programas de gestión de incidencias (JIRA, Mantis).
• Experiencia trabajando con Perforce o control de versiones similar.
• Español e inglés fluido, tanto oral como escrito (nivel mínimo: B2).

Responsabilidades:

Como QA Tester en MercurySteam jugarás un papel clave en el control de calidad, ayudando a crear juegos libres de bugs y creando una experiencia de usuario positiva en nuestros proyectos. Colaborarás estrechamente con un equipo de QA Testers y QA Engenieers, y tendrás contacto con equipos muy diferenciados como Diseño, Arte y Programación, para ayudar a crear una experiencia interactiva completa e inmersiva que balancee las necesidades del diseño de gameplay, la dirección de arte y la experiencia de usuario.
• Realizar testing manual del proyecto siguiendo test suites y test plans definidos por el Lead de QA.
• Reportar bugs y errores detectados.
• Realizar Verificaciones y Regressions de los bugs corregidos.
• Apoyo a las pruebas automatizadas de los QA Engenieers.
• Conocimiento del proyecto para identificar riesgos y realizar el testing adecuadamente.

Responsabilidades:

Como QA Tester en MercurySteam jugarás un papel clave en el control de calidad, ayudando a crear juegos libres de bugs y creando una experiencia de usuario positiva en nuestros proyectos. As a Games Economy Manager you will be essential to the success of our games. Reporting to the Program Manager, the Senior Project Manager in our central team, working closely with Game Producers in Business Units and with the wider Aristocrat PMO teams will oversee multiple projects within Product Madness.

As a Games Economy Manager you will be essential to the success of our games. You will work closely with our product, game ops and data teams to design and balance the economy of our games and to provide the teams with actionable insights. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Production Team. Responsabilidades:

La persona que ocupe el rol de Technical Artist trabajará en colaboración con el Technical Art Director en el mantenimiento, desarrollo y pulido visual de shaders. Así como en el análisis de rendimiento y optimización de estos.
Además, trabajará en conseguir la mejor calidad gráfica sin comprometer el rendimiento, crear y mejorar pipelines, detectar cuellos de botella, optimización y profiling general.

Para ello estamos en busca de un/una Quality Assurance Tester para que se incorpore al equipo y nos acompañe en nuestras aventuras. ¿Quieres ser tú?

Requisitos mínimos:

• Conocimiento de los procesos que forman parte del desarrollo de un videojuego y de los equipos involucrados en el mismo.
• Gran capacidad analítica.
• Excelente organización interpersonal.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
• Capacidad para recibir y aplicar feedback positivamente.
• Una ética de trabajo positiva y proactiva.

Requisitos deseados:

• Experiencia haciendo testing de Certificacion en juegos AA o AAA desde su concepción hasta su lanzamiento.
• Experiencia trabajando con test kits de desarrollo de consolas (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo).
• Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinares amplios (+30 personas).
• Experiencia realizando reportes de bugs y gestionándolos con programas de gestión de incidencias (JIRA, Mantis).
• Experiencia trabajando con Perforce o control de versiones similar.

Responsabilidades:

Como QA Tester en MercurySteam jugarás un papel clave en el control de calidad, ayudando a crear juegos libres de bugs y creando una experiencia de usuario positiva en nuestros proyectos. Colaborarás estrechamente con un equipo de QA Testers y QA Engenieers, y tendrás contacto con equipos muy diferenciados como Diseño, Arte y Programación, para ayudar a crear una experiencia interactiva completa e inmersiva que balancee las necesidades del diseño de gameplay, la dirección de arte y la experiencia de usuario.
• Realizar testing manual del proyecto siguiendo test suites y test plans definidos por el Lead de QA.
• Reportar bugs y errores detectados.
• Realizar Verificaciones y Regressions de los bugs corregidos.
• Apoyo a las pruebas automatizadas de los QA Engenieers.
• Conocimiento del proyecto para identificar riesgos y realizar el testing adecuadamente.

What You’ll Do:

As a Games Economy Manager you will be essential to the success of our games. You will work closely with our product, game ops and data teams to design and balance the economy of our games and to provide the teams with actionable insights. In parallel to this you will also be an integral part of the Game Economy team, helping to build the craft of game economy in the company, supporting long term strategy, help build and evaluate top class tooling to continuously improve our ways of working and ensure we support new games currently in production.
